Rooted in the early-to-mid 20th century French cultural heritage, we unfold a story that is new for you but for ourselves as well. That legacy of the workers who were crafting long lasting fabrics, designing for function, touched our minds deeply.
Vision
The clothes are genderless pieces with a classical yet contemporary look & feel. Sustainability is key—we are using new old stock fabrics, carefully collected. As mind workers we craft new habits with every contact, constantly shaping our view of the world.
Craft
Our products are made in collaboration with independent creatives, small factories in Romania and bringing forth beautiful finds made with care. These products are developed in personal environments, family size spaces where people bring their passion to the table.
Founders
No I is made together with friends and family and is based in Amsterdam. The initiator, Mircea Mocanu activates as a brand designer, exploring ways of communicating in cultural fields. His interest in French vintage work wear opened up for a new world.
