Orders
We invite clients to be ware of the sizing and detailed description of the products. Order can’t be cancelled after it’s been processed. If the order was not processed yet, we may not return the payment processing fee between 2.4% – 3.4% (depending on the method of payment) of the total order value. Alternatively, we can offer a store credit for the purchase amount.
Shipping
We use DHL, PostNL to ship our products from The Netherlands to Worldwide. Shipping for orders over $500 are free of charge both within EU and Worldwide. The expected delivery time for EU zone is 1 to 3 days. For US & Japan is from 3 to 5 days. These are the standard estimations but it can vary in peak busy global moments.
Returns
The condition for a return to be accepted is that the articles are as purchased — free of stains or signs of wear. The packaging should also be as received. Products that do not meet these condition will not be accepted for return. It’s possible to replace an article with another from the store. Refunds are made within 14 days from receiving the article in the mentioned conditions.
